Bookings and Payments

• Consultation: All bookings begin with a consultation to determine event requirements, robot selection, and pricing
• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.Deposit amounts and terms will be communicated during the consultation process
• Payment: Full payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be outlined in your booking confirmation
• Pricing: All pricing is based on the specific requirements of your event and will be provided as a custom quote

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in your individual booking agreement.General guidelines include:

• Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit
• Cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• Rescheduling may be available as an alternative to cancellation, subject to availability

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details including venue, date, time, and expected attendance
• Ensure the event venue is safe and suitable for robot operation, including adequate space, flat surfaces, and indoor/covered areas when required
• Not tamper with, modify, or attempt to operate the robots without authorization from our operators
• Supervise minors interacting with the robots at your event
• Report any safety concerns to our operators immediately

Liability and Damages

Our robots are operated by trained professionals and are maintained to the highest safety standards.However:

• Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to robots or equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized handling by event attendees
• Limitation: RoboPromo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Insurance: We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our operations.Additional insurance requirements may be discussed during the booking process

Intellectual Property

All content on the RoboPromo.ai website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RoboPromo.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent.

Media and Content Rights
